What is the H_CARE lifetime crash replacement policy?
H_CARE is our commitment to original owners. It provides free repair or replacement of your HUNT carbon wheels in the event of a riding accident or crash, ensuring you can get back on the road or trail without full replacement costs.
Do your wheels come set up for tubeless use?
Yes, the majority of our wheels come pre-taped and with tubeless valves installed. All you need to do is install tubeless-ready tires and add sealant.
How long does international shipping take?
We ship globally from our UK and US warehouses. Typically, in-stock items are delivered within 3-5 business days via tracked courier services like DHL or FedEx.
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
We offer a 60-day 'Ride and Return' period. If you are not completely satisfied with your wheels after riding them, you can return them for a full refund or exchange, provided they are not damaged.
