We want you to be fully satisfied with your HUNT wheelset; if you are not, you can return your unused items within 60 days for a full refund or exchange. Our mission is to keep you riding, so we offer a straightforward process for both standard returns and H_CARE warranty claims.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the wheels in their original HUNT box, ensuring all components like tubeless valves and spare spokes are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label (where applicable) and securely attach it to the outside of the box, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in new condition, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
